Construction Phase Services

Titus Builders monitors projects closely with special regard to project construction schedule changes and change order claims. We carefully review monthly progress billings and request that schedule changes be updated weekly to coincide with requisitions. Causes of any cost overruns and delays are determined and corrective action taken to avoid unnecessary change orders and schedule delays. Titus Builders facilitates fair and reasonable solutions to inevitable conflicts of interest between our clients and various contractors through open dialog and cooperation. Finally, Titus Builders will review and monitor the necessary steps in closing out the project.
